When faster media matters
Everyday recommendation
V30 for recording up to 200 Mbps; V60 for modes up to 400 Mbps.
Demanding recommendation
V90 SDXC for modes up to 600 Mbps; a supported external SSD is required for specified 800 Mbps-and-higher or non-FHD ProRes modes.
Panasonic separates the workflow at 800 Mbps: those listed modes cannot be recorded to SD and use an external SSD.
