RECORDING REQUIREMENTS

When faster media matters

Everyday recommendation

V30 SDXC for recording through 200 Mbps; choose faster media as the selected bitrate rises.

Demanding recommendation

CFexpress Type B for the broadest high-bitrate and RAW/ProRes workflow; V90 SDXC for SD-supported modes through 600 Mbps.

The slot map and allowed recording media depend on codec and bitrate, so verify the selected quality in Panasonic's tables.

CAPACITY & INGEST

Plan the complete workflow

Capacity

CFexpress Type B: 64GB–2TB. SD/SDHC/SDXC: up to 512GB in the referenced manual.

BEFORE YOU BUY

Three checks worth making

  • The two slots are different formats.
  • Not every recording quality can be mirrored across both cards.
  • Confirm Panasonic's tested-media list before RAW recording.
